He is survived by: his spouse Ernestine; his children, Larry Vogel (Laurette) and Judy Scherzer (Marty); his grandchildren, Jennifer Feinstein (Matthew), Daniel Scherzer and Sarah Scherzer; and his sibling Virginia Gilbert (Fred). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
