She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Starin; her parents, John R. and Mary Lacy; and her siblings, Jack Lacy and Donna Mae Passarelli.

She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Ralph W., Christine Passarelli, Luke, Eli, Ava-Margaret and Shannon Lacy.

In-lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, in memory of her twin sister, Donna Mae Passarelli.
