She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Newsom and Frank Newsom. She is survived by: her sister Mary Beth Newsom Shymkus of Espanola; her nephew David Shymkus (Pamela) of Columbus; and her niece Lisa Shymkus Jones (Randall) of Espanola. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephew and cousins.
