He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert and Marion; and his siblings, Wilfred, Tom, Don, Robert 'Babe McNeil, Blanche Stack and Francis Hislop.

He is survived by: his sister-in-law Dianne McNeil. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
