She is survived by: her parents, Angelo Scalzo and Lucy Scalzo of Deerfield Beach, FL; her former husband Richard W Boehme; her grandchildren, Shauna Hack (Jordan) of LaGrange, KY, Blake Boehme and Grant Boehme of Woodbury, MN.; her great grandchildren, Emily Hack and Colton Hack of LaGrange, KY.; her sister Barbara Oakley; and her brother-in-law Frank Oakley of Dunwoody, GA.
