He is survived by: his children, Tony Cullum (Barbara), Barbara Davis (Bobby), David Cullum (Tonya), Gary Cullum (Paula) and Angela Cheatam (Brad); and his grandchildren, Toni Page, Christy Gaspers, Stephanie Barker, Derick Turner, Chris Reeves, Patricia Davis, Drew Davis, Laverne Davis, Jack Davis, Shane Davis, Jennifer Davis, David Cullum Jr., Kody Cullum, Conner Cullum, Brandon Cullum, Haleigh Cullum, Jared Cullum and Breanna Cullum. He is also survived by great grandchildren along with numerous nieces and nephews.
