He is survived by: his wife Maggie Hulsey; his children, Angie and Adrian; his parents, Jean and James Hulsey Sr. of Edmond, OK; his siblings, Edward Hulsey (Shelly) of Port St, Tom Hulsey of St. Petersburg, FL and Cathy Witten (John) of Edmond, OK; his niece Katelyn Witten of Edmond, OK; his nephew Steven Cone; and his daughter Chris Cone (Sarah) of Edmond, OK. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
