It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Herman Francis Jasper (Deerfield Beach, Florida), born in Cawker City, Kansas, who passed away on February 17, 2018, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Jasper and Cecilia Jasper. He is survived by: his wife Cleta. He is also survived by his wife, his four children and six grandchildren, three sisters, two brothers, and a large extended family.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Pikes Peak Hospice Foundation and the American Cancer Society.
