She was predeceased by: her husband Leonard M. Levine; her parents, Morris Kahn and Sarah Kahn (Gould); and her siblings, Lawrence Kahn and Judith Shulman.
She is survived by: her children, Laura Mason (Mark) of Westborough, MA, Jack Levine (Dennis Davis) of Pompano Beach, FL and Joanne Levine (Jeanne Daigneau) of Onset, MA; her grandchildren, Sarah Mason and Zachary Mason; her brother Jordan Kahn; and also Dennis.
