He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Ray, Sr. and Anna Ray (Robinson); his siblings, Eileen Howard, Ada Rule, Edyth Sowers, Robert Ray, Jesse Ray and Hardin Ray; his nieces, Linda Ray, Judy Lacy (Lloyd) and Janet Kirby; and his nephew Gary Ray.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Joyce Ray; and his nieces and nephews, Wayne Howard (Jan), Gregg Ray, Barbara Johnson, Sally Boesdorfer (Gary), Deb Coontz (David) and Carol McGuar.
Memorials may be made to Westminster Presbyterian Church, Springfield.
