He is survived by: his wife Lois Burns; his children, Angela Plouchard, Jonathan Burns and Kristine Flint; his grandchildren, Levi, Ayden and Nicholas; and his siblings, Darla Little and Daryl Taylor. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
