He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Marcos Torres and Fernanda Torres (Melendez); his wife Patricia Dillenbeck; his sons, Cecilio "Mark" Torres of Cobleskill and Victor A. Torres of Oneonta; his grandchildren, Selena, Katelin and Cecilio V. Torres; his great great grandchild Cameron; and his significant other Linda Geertgens Constable.
