He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles C. Allen and Ethel F. Allen. He is survived by: his daughters, Abigail (Erin) and Marie (Jordan); his brother Gilbert (Irma); his stepsiblings, Catherine Cohen (Eric) and James Adams (Janet); and his former wife Ellen. He is also survived by his eight nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Rossi & Ditoro Funeral Home (501 Union St, Schenectady, NY 12305). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Ditoro Funeral Home (501 Union St, Schenectady, NY 12305). A burial will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at the Evergreen Memorial Park (2150 Central Ave, Schenectady, NY 12304).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Save the Children or UNICEF.
