He was predeceased by: his parents, Eva Myrtle (Crawford) and Elbert Bradshaw, Sr.; his wife Frances Lavern Donner; and his siblings, Robert, Pete Bradshaw, Eugene, Edward Kelley and Vera Hail.
He is survived by: his sons, Elbert Bradshaw III (Trey) and John Warren Bradshaw; his grandchildren, Amy and Ashley; and his sisters, Bernice Luck and Lori Adams. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
