She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Otis Porter and Jewel Princes Kizer; her husband Rev. Clarence Edward Cotton; her siblings, James Weldon Porter and Bonita Marlene Porter; and her daughter Birdie Ruth Long.
She is survived by: her child Cindi; her grandchildren, Candice Burkett (Daniel) of Marlow, Oklahoma, Craig Long (Angi) of Claremore, Oklahoma and Brent Long (Bobbi) of Moore, Oklahoma.; and her great grandchildren, Jackson Long, Johnson Long, Grant Long, Johnathan Burkett and Elizabeth Burkett.
