It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billie Gene Simpson (Deerfield Beach, Florida), born in Levelland, Texas, who passed away on May 31, 2017, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Wanda Lou Harris Simpson; his parents, Zulah Leoma Hendrix Simpson and Thomas Henry Simpson; and his siblings, Otis of Horace, E. D., Frank, Clarence Simpson and Mae Ferrell.
He is survived by: his children, Larry Don Simpson, Darlinda Jean Simpson Rogers and Lola Sharee Simpson Reese. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
