He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence L. Moyer and Homer Burgess Marcum; his brother John; and his son William Jr.. He is survived by: his former wife Rosemary Biederer; his wife Sandra Fisher; and his children, Janet Carlson, Mary Rose Gratton (Jack), Patricia Findlay (Andrew) and Thomas Marcum (Roni). He is also survived by 14 grand children and 21 great-grandchildren.
