He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Mazzola; his sons, Sam "Rocky" [Sheila] Mazzola, Matthew [Joanne] Mazzola and David [Cynthia] Mazzola; his grandchildren, Brittany [Nathan] Leath, Nicole [Greg] Mazzola-Helmkamp, David [Lexi] Mazzola and Meghan Mazzola; his great grandchildren, Harper and Benjamin; his stepgrandson Cody [Rachel] Benavidez; his brother Jack [Connie] Mazzola; his brother-in-law Tony Twarozynski (Tanya); his close friend Jack Bare; his friend Todd Offenbecker; and also, Izzibella and Makayla. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
