She was predeceased by: her father Fernando M. Ortiz, Sr.; her husband Arthur Huggins; and her brothers, Fernando K. Ortiz (Carmen) and Fernando P. Ortiz. She is survived by: her mother Lynlile Fraser; her children, Verna Beckford (Oliver), Lyn Miller (Jimmy), Raphael Fraser (Francene) and Louie Elliston (Charmaine); and her aunts, Olga (Huggins) and Cooke. She is also survived by grandchildren, thirteen (13) great-grandchildren, four (4) great-great grandchildren, and a whole host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
