She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lowie and Effie Lowie (Simmons); her husband Robert Miller; her siblings, William Lowie and Pauline Johnson; and her brothers-in-law, Jimmie Johnson, Marion Johns and James Garmon.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Etta Miller and Joyce Loomis (Richard); her siblings, James Lowie (Sharon), John Lowie (Sharon), Patricia Johns and Brenda Garmon; and her sister-in-law Susan Lowie. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
