It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James D. Kirchhoff of Debary, Florida, who passed away on May 25, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Kirchhoff and Ruth Montford Kirchhoff. He is survived by: his brother Jon Kirchhoff (Joanna); his nephew Scott Kirchhoff; his cousin Marsha Kirchhoff; his close friend Liz Sutton; and also Sara Ramotnik. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.

“I met Jim when my good friend Liz Sutton introduced us about 4 years ago. Liz and I had our usual friendship problems and kept out of touch until Jim came into her life. He encouraged us how important friendships are important. I saw how happy Liz made Jim over the years and same for him. They were two peas in a pod when it came to buying and selling property and all the headaches that came with it. Liz doded over Jim and was always wanting him to be healthy. We bonded over dinner parties .”
