He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Michael, Char, Judah, Andrea, Zechariah, Kaitlin, Caleb, Nora, Julia, Lee, Hannah, Emily, Lucia and Angelina; and his grandchildren, Lyn, Norah, Astrid, Jack, Veronica, Bernadette, Cecelia, Raphael, Sebastian, Theodore and Sofia. He is also survived by his family, friends.
