Pennebaker; his stepdaughters, Angela Boyle (Kenny), Danielle Blakey (Colton), Felicia Bauza and Stephanie Bauza; his siblings, Tracey L. Franck, Holly J. Franck and Brian R. Franck; his nephew Matthew R. Frank; and his niece Elizabeth. He is also survived by six step grandchildren.
