He is survived by: his parent Emilie Franklin (Howard); his children, Deborah Cloonan (Franklin) of Debary, FL, Julie Franklin of Debary, FL and Bruce Franklin (Brandy) of Carmel, NY; his brother James Franklin (Haven) of Freehold, NJ; his grandchildren, Michael Cloonan, Sean Cloonan, Lyndsey Franklin (Ryan Polky) of Oswego and John Franklin of Carmel; and his great grandchildren, Shawn, Lily-Simone, Adrian and Ayanna.
