He is survived by: his wife Judy; his stepchildren, Christopher Church of DeLand, Edward Church of Jacksonville, Kimberly Church of DeLand and Charlotte Church of St. Augustine; his aunts, Mary Bailey of Tallahassee and Lucille Lawler of New Jersey; and his cousin George Bailey of DeLand. He is also survived by 8 step-grandchildren.
