He is survived by: his siblings, Alexander Sally of Richmond, VA., Herman (Ruby), Timothy Wise, Sr., Perry (Rosa), Neil Wise, Virginia Axon (Willie), Carolyne Powell (Earl), Shear Yarbrough, Loraine Bigby and Matilda Butler; and also Billie Mangum. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
