He is survived by: his mother Arlene Collins (Bob); his son Ryan Collins; his grandson Dallas Collins; his brother Jason Collins (Michelle); his nephew Jason Jr.; and his nieces, Katey and Julia. He is also survived by numerous Cousins, Aunts and Uncles.
