He is survived by: his parents, Elizabeth Green (Alfonso Lewis Sr.) and Thomas; his daughters, Equilla Halton of New Smyrna Beach and LaQuid Footman of Fayetteville; his grandchildren, Davion, Dontrelle and Paris Thompson; his great grandchildren, Amora, Ahmir and Azai Thompson; and his siblings, Angela Jacobs (Ronnie), Evon Johnson, Leevon Lewis (Connie), Jimmy Lewis (June) and Vincent Lewis. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
