It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sue Exum in Daytona Beach, Florida, born in Quitman, Georgia, who passed away on August 14, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James David "J. D." Hancock and Mary Alice Collins Hancock; her siblings, Mike Hancock (Tammy) of Valdosta, Donald Hancock (Robin) of Pinetta Florida and Sharon Denise Bradford (William); and her spouse Lee "Frank" Exum of Quitman.

She is survived by: her children, Barry Carter (Deidre) of Dacula Georgia, Donna Spires (David) of Valdosta Georgia and Jason Exum of Thomasville Georgia; her grandchildren, Brandon Spires, Haley Spires, Cody Johnson, Peyton Exum and Laynee Exum; and her great grandchild Brayden Spires. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
