He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Doris Williams and Robert "Jock" Taylor, Sr.; his brother Charles Taylor; his wife Greta Taylor; his brother Marvin Harris; his daughters, Thelma and Tia Warren; his goddaughter Takiyah Dillard; and his sons, Warren and Jamil Tribbett. He was also cherished by grandchildren and great grandchildren, aunts/uncles, cousins, and friends.
