We are sad to announce that on March 2, 2025, at the age of 78, Richard McLallen (Daytona Beach, Florida) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Richard leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles McLallen and Jeanne McLallen. He is survived by: his wife Dottie McLallen; his children, Charles Davis McLallen and Jeanne Marie Bringle (Ken Bringle); his grandchildren, Jonathan, Michael and Johanna; and his siblings, Micki Kane, Patti McAmis and Mike McLallen. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
He was proud of his contributions to the art of fishing by running a local fishing club for students, where he was able to give each child the pole that they caught their first fish with.
