He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Irwin Lester, Sr. and Clare B. Lester. He is survived by: his son Richard of Gary's Incredible Stories; his wife Ann; his children, Amber and Gary (Danielle); and his grandson Oliver Wallace Lester.
