He was predeceased by: his father Gerald; and his stepfather Ivan. He is survived by: his mother Donna Rae Heyburn of Holly Hill; his brother Donald (Charlene); his stepsisters, Dianna Heyburn, Daytona Beach, Jeannie Miles (Wayne) and Jill Lewis; and his friend Nate James.
