He was predeceased by: his former wife Doris Lane; and his brother Larry Foltzer. He is survived by: his spouse Ralph H. Wilkinson; and his children, Lenny Foltzer and Angel Foltzer. He is also survived by several grand children and great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
He had a long and frustrating battle with Parkinson's and Alzheimer's and we're glad he's no longer suffering.
