She is survived by: her daughters, Skyla Azevedo (Harvey), Jasmine Meagley and River Meagley; her parents, Teresa Azevedo and Clint Azevedo; her brothers, Clinton Jr. Azevedo of Kilgone, TX and Kristopher Azevedo of Deltona, FL.; and her grandmother Helen Doherty of Holly Hill, FL.
