He was predeceased by: his mother Anna Oates. He is survived by: his wife Marlene Shick of Daytona Beach, Florida; his children, Dina Eaton (Steve) and Darren Dyer (Jill); and his grandchildren, Emily Martin (Derek), Dustin and Devin Dyer.
