He was predeceased by: his parents, Agatha Mazzoni (Ockie) and Aldo Mazzoni; his son Frank Mazzoni Jr.; his brother Billy; and his aunt Petronella Mulder (Floff).
He is survived by: his wife Marie Scarpa Mazzoni; his children, Debra Fleshood Perry, Steve Perry and Denise Gunn; his brothers, Bernie (Gussie), Hank (Marianne) and Mickey (Arlene); his daughter-in-law Renee DiSoro; and his grandchildren, Michelle Fleshood, Robert Branson and Brent Gunn. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
