He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Raymond and Ortola Eddy Thomas; his children, Monte J Thomas and Melanie Jaye Maison; and his siblings, Carma Jean Golden, Sarah Thomas and Dr. Myron Earl Thomas.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Thomas (Stout) of Daytona Beach; his son Carl "Huck" Thomas; his daughter-in-law Marjean "Midge" Thomas of Astor; his stepdaughters, Stacy Martin (Rick) and Shannon Childress (Wade); and his sisters, Carla Hussey and Pam Thomas. He is also survived by 3 grandsons, 1 great granddaughter, 3 great grandsons.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lohman Funeral Home (1423 Bellevue Ave, Daytona Beach, FL 32114). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A reception was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
