He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvatore Muscatello (Sam) and Lisa Barone Muscatello; his son Samuel Muscatello; his siblings, Bruno and Betty Hartnett (Robert); his brother-in-law James Beatty; and his grandson Matthew Hibbard.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Lynn Muscatello of Ormond Beach, FL; his sister Mary Beatty of Butler, PA; his sister-in-law Audray Muscatello Yost of Butler, PA; and his children, Carla Lowrie (Carl), Shelby Hibbard of Butler, PA, Thomas Muscatello (Mim) of Hooker, PA and Nicholas Muscatello of Jacksonville, FL..
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations in Carl's name be made to the Elks Lodge 2193 Building Fund in Ormond Beach, FL.
