He was predeceased by: his parents, James Pendley and Ruby Pendley (Everhart). He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Fischer Pendley; his children, Lou Ann Moffatt (Andrew) and Jeffery Neal Pendley; and his grandchildren, Rachel Moffatt, Daniel, Stephen Moffatt, Conner and Karsten Pendley.
