Lila Griggs Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 25, 2023, at the age of 79, Lila Griggs of Daytona Beach Shores, Florida, born in Mitchell, South Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Milo Strand and Caroline Strand (Schumacher). She is survived by: her husband James Griggs of Atlanta, Georgia; her son Rev. Matthew K. Griggs (Emily) of Minnesota; and her brother Del (Marilyn). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, we invite memorials to the Daytona Beach Symphony Society and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
