He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard C. Wallgren and Violet Schwinck Wallgren; his sister Barbara Warner; his brother-in-law James Warner; and his son-in-law Jack DiGiuseppe.
He is survived by: his former wife Carolyn Wallgren (Wood); his children, Jennifer DiGiuseppe, Willard S. Wallgren II (Diane O'Connor) and Melinda Wimberley (Mark); his grandchildren, Michael Willard Annese (Gabby Arocha), Mark T. Wimberley (Carolina Argento), Kaitlin V. Wimberley (Angelo Castillo) and CaliRose M. DiGiuseppe (Dalton Riggs); and his great grandchild Terra Lily Castillo. He is also survived by many relatives, nieces, nephews and godchildren.
