She was predeceased by: her sister Lynn Herbst. She is survived by: her children, John, Lee and Ashley; her parents, Lee Herbst and Mary Herbst; and her siblings, Peter Herbst, Eric Herbst and Laura Ressler (Daniel).

As such, the family requests any memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society in lieu of flowers.
