She is survived by: her husband Samuel; her daughters, Laura Collins (Chris) and Kim Buxbaum; her grandchildren, Jake, Dylan Buxbaum, Colby Collins, Trevor, Brady Buxbaum and Addison Collins; and her sister Tina DeBiase.
