It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond Strauss (Davie, Florida), born in Lafayette, Indiana, who passed away on December 31, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Raymond shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Raymond farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He is survived by: his wife Lynn Strauss; his son Lawrence Strauss; his daughter-in-law Lisa Lauer; his grandchildren, Landon and Finley; his stepdaughter Randi Amick (Bruce); and his stepgrandchildren, Noah, Kendra and Joanna.
A funeral service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Temple Beth El Memorial Gardens (4900 Griffin Rd, Davie, FL 33314).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to American Cancer Society.
