He is survived by: his mother Michelle Waite; his stepfather Mark Waite of Davie, FL; his siblings, Mark Spencer Waite (Sara Waite) of Davie, FL and Margaret Waite of Cottage Grove, OR; his father Terry McGowan of Ventura, CA; and his grandmother Barbara Alvarez of Ontario, CA.. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
