He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Thomas Condon Jr. and Brenda Joyce Bridges; and his daughter Kristen Nicole Condon. He is survived by: his wife Carrie Pachter Condon; his son Dean Garrett Condon; his brother Raymond Thomas Condon III; his sister-in-law Marie Anne Condon; his nephew Raymond Thomas Condon IV; his nieces, Cassandra and Rose Condon; and also, Lyra Eloise and Ambrogio Zeidel.
