Lewis; her grandchildren, Hayley M., Samuel "Sammy" S. and Reilly M.; her half-brother Edward Barrus (Karolyn); and her sister Debra "Debi" Spivey (Don). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
