He is survived by: his father Jay G. Osborn, Jr.; his wife Karen Crocker Osborn; his daughters, Kimberly Green (Brent) of Lakeland and Jenny Hoesli (Sheldon) of Cashion; his siblings, Susan Adams (Eddy) of Arlington and Todd Osborn (Iris) of Davie; his grandchildren, Max William Hoesli, Crocker Allen Hoesli, Eli Osborn Hoesli of Cashion, Ryne Lain Green and Avery Elise Green of Lakeland; and also, Delores LaFortune and Carol Ackerman.
In lieu of flowers, he asked that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
