He was predeceased by: his former wife Mary; his parents, Walter Marie and Eva Marie; and his sisters, Dorothy Fisher, Patricia Manaserri and Juanita Stroud.
He is survived by: his wife Anna Marie Baker; his children, Juanita Clark (Kelton Sr), Jacob Baker Jr. (Wanda), William Baker (Deborah Lynn), Donald Baker (Deborah), John Baker (Susan), Robert Baker (Sandra) and Kenneth Baker; his stepchildren, Darlene Loeb (Richard), Colleen Mallon, Billy Mallon (Kristy), Bobby Mallon (Tina) and Richard Meyer; and his sisters, Phyllis Charvat and Eva Marie Garlick. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
